He started his career on the plant floor as a Maintenance Technician, developing a deep working knowledge of production equipment, reliability, and real-world problem solving. His career progression into roles such as Production Superintendent and Technical Sales Engineer gives him a rare, dual perspective—understanding both the operational demands of manufacturing teams and the technical capabilities of suppliers.
Ryan specializes in equipment reliability, process efficiency, and practical, cost-effective solutions that keep production moving. He is known for his ability to quickly assess complex systems, identify root causes, and build solutions that balance performance, durability, and cost. Over the course of his career, he has built trusted relationships with maintenance teams, engineers, plant leadership, and suppliers nationwide.

Technical Sales Engineer
Chad Hartje brings more than 30 years of hands-on industrial maintenance and troubleshooting experience to the manufacturers he supports. His background in machine trades, combined with six years of active-duty service in the U.S. Army as an Electronic Warfare Systems Repair Specialist, built the foundation for his disciplined, solutions-driven approach.
Chad is known for his never-quit mindset and his ability to quickly assess complex issues, identify true root causes, and deliver both immediate fixes and long-term improvements. His expertise covers extrusion systems, conveyor and auger equipment, industrial dryers, mechanical troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, and precision fabrication and machining.
A natural mentor, Chad enjoys teaching maintenance teams and strengthening internal capabilities. He has led hands-on training in precision alignment, tooling practices, tolerances, and laser alignment techniques — helping plants improve reliability and overall equipment performance.
Chad’s broad technical experience, practical problem-solving style, and steady communication make him a trusted partner for the facilities he works with.
